Wholesale Distribution Instructions
Please read the following terms carefully by the buyer, which become effective from the time of the order.
If you have any further concerns, please contact the online customer service staff promptly to get clarification before placing your order.
1. Regarding Logistics
1. Shipping: There are Zhongtong, ShenTong, Yunda, postal services, and you can also pay upon delivery with SF Express. Large items: AnNeng, YouZu Express.
2. Logistics: Shipping fees are typically paid upon delivery. The goods must be picked up at the shipping station, and the logistics company can be provided by the customer or selected by us for the best option.
II. Regarding Shipping
1. Distributor clients: Orders placed before 17:00 every day can usually be shipped on the same day.
If there is a shortage of staff during weekends or holidays, the delivery timeline may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Wholesale customers: Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days, provided there is sufficient stock in the warehouse.
For large quantities, the delivery schedule will be arranged separately.
March · Regarding Delivery
Please check carefully around the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the items in person!
If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after receipt, the goods will be accepted without any issues.
April: Regarding Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues: Once sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for quality issues.
2. Quality issues and returns: We conduct inspections on the packaging of all products we sell to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 95%-98% of the products arrive without any quality problems. If it is confirmed that the product has issues that affect sales, you may contact customer service for further discussion and resolution.
3. Damage during transportation: Please ensure the packaging is inspected before receiving the goods in front of the logistics or delivery personnel. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer box may remain intact but the contents may be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits, and we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering.
May · Regarding Proxy Shipping Issues
1. For returns due to quality issues, the product must be returned in intact packaging, and we will deduct the shipping cost.
2. In case of quality issues such as damaged products that cannot be used normally, the return or replacement costs due to intentional damage shall be borne by the buyer. For cases where the received product has problems, missing components, or only minor replacements are needed to resolve the issue, or for returns, we will cover the associated costs.
3. If the distributor fails to fully understand the product, resulting in improper after-sales handling, and the returned product is tested to be undamaged, the shipping cost shall be borne by the distributor.
4. All returned items must be registered with customer service before a refund can be applied for. Thank you for your cooperation!!!
