A single pair is individually packaged with sealed pockets, without a glasses box or other accessories (there are various boxes available in the store; you need to order them separately); the glasses tag can be given free of charge—just leave a message.
6. Regarding Customization:
Custom LOGO items are available in quantities of 300 for purchase, with a minimum payment requirement. The styles available are customizable in color; single-color items require payments starting from 200–500 (for details, please contact customer service). Production methods include screen printing, inkjet printing, laser printing, and hot stamping – four options to choose from. For custom products, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment. No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom items.

Our store offers optical fitting services, providing accurate lens prescriptions that are processed and shipped immediately. We also support shipping on behalf of others! Note: Since optical glasses are custom-made based on individual prescription levels, no returns or exchanges are accepted after fitting, please be aware of this!
8. Regarding shipping:
In case of available stock, orders placed before 17:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day. If there is a shortage and we are unable to update the information promptly, we will contact you via Wangwang or phone to offer solutions such as color change, refund, or notification of the shipping date. If you are particularly concerned about the shipping time, please contact customer service before payment to confirm inventory levels and shipping schedule. Thank you for your cooperation!
9. Signing issue:
It is inevitable that the package may be squeezed during shipping. Please check that the package is intact and undamaged when receiving it, and then sign! Instead of waiting for the delivery person to leave after signing, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Quality issues: returns or exchanges are allowed with a full refund. Please ensure the item is in intact condition, and the shipping cost is covered by the seller. For non-quality issues, returns or exchanges (if the product is new and not affected for resale) are subject to the buyer's shipping costs. All returns or exchanges must be confirmed with customer service within 7 days of receiving the item, and the item must be sent back within 72 hours; no further action will be taken after this deadline.
