Wholesale Instructions:

Our products are ceramic items. Ceramics are not like clothing; both firing, electroplating, and packaging require time. Order fulfillment, inspection, and packaging also take some time. Therefore, delivery will occur within 3–5 business days after receiving the full payment (excluding the day of receipt).

Due to our numerous offline wholesalers, inventory levels fluctuate significantly. In case of temporary shortages, if we cannot notify you online, we will definitely note it in the shipping details. After receiving the goods and checking the packing list, the buyer can contact us to get a refund for the price difference, or have it shipped together with the next order. If there is no stock available at that time, it can be used as payment.

4. Regarding Defects:

All of our ceramics are independently designed and produced at our manufacturing facilities. The production process is primarily manual, and the interior and bottom of the vases are not included in the inspection scope. Any minor defects such as small black dots or pinholes in the products sold are within the normal range of international industry standards.

5. Regarding color deviation:

All images are taken with real products; color variations are inevitable. Additionally, the manufacturing process of ceramics causes slight differences in color between batches of the same product. If you have very high requirements for color accuracy, please contact our customer service directly. We can take photos using a mobile phone to allow you to compare them. If these still do not meet your expectations, we advise you to consider purchasing carefully.

6. Regarding after-sales issues: Please check the quantity and quality of the item within 24 hours after receiving the goods. If any problems occur, please inform our after-sales customer service immediately.
