All products manufactured by our factory come with independent, exquisite packaging. An additional outer packaging is added on top of the original packaging to enhance its resistance to pressure. Even with the best protective measures, it is not possible to prevent 100% of issues that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, damage, and compression.

All products from this factory have basic inventory levels. However, since some of our products are highly popular and there are many orders, it is possible that some items may not be available after ordering. Therefore, it is normal for delivery to take two to three days; we will try our best to arrange early delivery. For available items, we will strive to deliver on the same day. For those unavailable items, they will be prepared within three days. Please understand. If you plan to place large orders, the delivery time and payment method need to be confirmed through discussion with customer service.

The factory defaults to Yuantong Express and Deppon Express. If you need to send via another courier, please contact customer service. For large orders, please contact customer service to cancel the shipping fee and have the logistics fee paid at the destination.

Solution for out-of-stock issues: Generally, we will contact the shipper, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc. If no contact is possible with the shipper, then it is assumed that we will deliver only as much as can be provided according to the order. The remaining payment will be refunded to the buyer.

Please ensure the buyer signs the package in person when receiving it, after verifying that everything is correct. If any discrepancy in quantity or damage is found, please seal it back as it was and refuse to sign. Contact the seller immediately in front of the courier, and it can be returned after your confirmation. Once signed for, the factory shall not bear any responsibility. Please note this!! The same applies to issues arising after someone else signs for it, so please make sure it is signed by you personally!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our factory. However, we are obligated to do everything possible to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our factory will use double-layer packaging, cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to prevent any damage. Please (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) ensure that you check the quantity and appearance of the items together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the items are damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Solution: Just write down the courier's phone number and name.

Product return: In case of a request for return or exchange, please contact the customer to explain the reason. With the approval of the customer service, the customer must ensure that the goods are properly packaged, not used, without any damage, and suitable for secondary sale. (If the goods need to be returned, we will charge a 20% handling fee). The shipping costs for return or exchange shall be borne by the buyer.

Return & Exchange: Return conditions – If the product fails to function as expected due to inherent quality issues, we will provide a return or exchange, but the shipping costs associated with this will be borne by the buyer. For reasons such as poor sales performance or other non-quality-related issues, we will not offer returns or exchanges!

Product quality: All products manufactured by our factory undergo multiple inspections during production, after completion, and before shipment. Only those that pass all checks are shipped. However, various uncertain factors may result in the loss of product functionality.

Image and actual product: All product images are taken from the actual item, which can accurately reflect the product's true condition. However, due to factors such as lighting, monitors, and pixels, the actual product shall prevail, and color differences shall not be used as reasons for return.

Transport method: It is carried out by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The estimated shipping time we provide to you is for reference only and shall not be considered part of the contract, nor a reason for returning the item.
