Option 1: If the watch is damaged or has quality issues upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. Due to the very low profit margin in small-scale wholesale, for products with quality issues priced below 500 yuan, both parties will share the shipping cost equally. Please inform us first when sending it back, pack the product properly, have the buyer pay the return shipping fee, and after we receive and verify it is correct, we will reimburse 10 yuan via Alipay.
Option 2: If the watch received is damaged or has quality issues, even if only one or two units are affected, please collect them first. On the day you receive the goods, contact the online customer service and send us photos of the damaged items or describe the quality issues. Our colleagues will record this. In the future, if the total damage reaches around 200 yuan, please send it back all at once. When returning the watch, include it with your next purchase. Please inform us beforehand, pack the product properly, pay for the shipping, and after we confirm the details, we will reimburse 10 yuan in shipping to Alipay.
Option Three: Damage caused by human error can only be repaired; all shipping costs are borne by the customer. Issues with the movement of the watch are repaired free of charge, while replacements required incur corresponding fees based on the specific components. If you find this difficult to accept or prefer to order only once, please consider carefully, as when selecting a supplier, we are also choosing a customer. We aim to work with long-term partners.
Option 4: In addition to covering any incorrect shipping fees, the sender bears a unified reimbursement of ten yuan for shipping costs. All other post-sale risks are borne by the sender. It offers a seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy, with full refund if the item is returned as new. Any impact on secondary sales involves deducting relative depreciation based on the components involved. Both the outbound and inbound shipping costs are covered by the sender.
