1. Once the goods arrive at the receiving location, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not, the boxes must be opened for inspection. The goods must be verified in person. After confirmation, sign for receipt. By signing for receipt, the customer assumes no objection to the quantity and category of products shipped. Therefore, complaints regarding insufficient quantities are not accepted after signing for receipt. If the product is damaged due to transportation issues, please obtain a certificate stamped by the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer with the claim process. If damage or loss occurs due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
1. The goods must be inspected upon arrival at the receiving location. If any damage occurs outside the packaging, the goods must be removed from the box and inspected in person. After confirmation with the signature, and provided that there is no objection regarding the quantity and category of the damaged product in the shipment, no complaints regarding the received goods will be accepted. If the damage is due to transportation issues, please contact the relevant transportation companies and provide them with the official seal as proof; we will assist clients in making claims. If the damage or loss occurs due to logistics, we shall not be responsible.
2. For wholesale and distribution customers engaged in long-term cooperation, we implement a long-term purchase and warranty system. For customers purchasing small quantities, we comply with relevant regulations: returns and exchanges for non-human-induced quality issues are allowed within 7 days, warranty coverage is available up to 30 days, for functional products up to 180 days, while no warranty is provided for protective products. When customers return products due to quality issues, please send them back to our company using regular shipping, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. If customers return products without contacting customer service first, we will not accept the return; our company does not accept payment for such shipments.
2. For long-term cooperation between wholesale and distribution customers, we implement a comprehensive protection system. For customers with small quantities, we comply with relevant laws and regulations: within 7 days for non-human quality issues, 30-day warranty, 180-day warranty for functional products, and no warranty for other protection classes. Customers experiencing product quality issues should return the items via regular courier service to our company. For expedited freight customers, please proceed accordingly. If the customer fails to communicate with us, direct returns will not be accepted, and no compensation will be provided.
3. We will not provide a refund or exchange if the buyer claims there is no quality issue with the product, citing dissatisfaction, poor sales prospects, or incorrect purchase.
