How many pieces are required for a batch? Do you support mixed batches? Are there any amount restrictions? How are the shipping costs calculated?
Answer: All single-item products can be purchased in accordance with the online minimum order quantity. There is no limit to the mixed batch amount or quantity, and we support Alipay transactions! We clearly state the weight of each product, and the system will automatically calculate when you take a photo. There may be a slight error, and if there are any issues, please contact our customer service to make the necessary modifications. If you are sending goods by logistics, please contact our customer service to modify the freight. All logistics freight is collect on delivery.
Is the product released in stock? What should I do if there is no stock?
Answer: As we are a manufacturing company, the majority of our products are sold in stock. The minimum order quantity shown on the page for the items that can be purchased is less than ten, which means they are in stock. For orders of 100 or more, it indicates that there is no stock available and they need to be custom-made. If you need custom-made products, please contact our customer service in time to discuss. We will produce the products you need as soon as possible (Note: Customized products require a deposit).
Can the product be selected in terms of style or color?
Answer: Regarding the style and color issues, the default is to mix and match when ordering. If there are any specific requirements, friends can note the style or color, and we will try our best to meet your requirements. However, there may be missing colors and styles. The warehouse will contact you to inform you of the replacement style when shipping. Please understand and forgive! If there are special requirements for guests, please note: I must have what color, if not, do not ship. If there is no such note, then the shipment will be random.
I have already paid. When will the goods be shipped? What express delivery will be used? How long will it take to receive the goods?
Answer: Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 48 hours after payment (excluding special holidays), in accordance with the payment order. The delivery time will depend on factors such as distance, weather, and different courier services, which are uncertain. Our default courier is random delivery by Ten Days and ZTO Express. If these couriers cannot reach your area, please contact us to change to other courier services for shipping.
If I encounter a quality problem with the product I purchased, what should I do?
Answer: If the quality problem of the product itself leads to the loss of the product's intended functions, we will process a return or refund, and include a return list in the return package. (Most problems can be easily repaired by the user themselves.) I don't have Alipay, what should I do?
Answer: We recommend using Alipay, which ensures both the safety of the payment and convenience for future shopping. If you absolutely cannot use Alipay, please contact us before making a bank transfer to inform us. This will help us receive the payment and verify the goods so we can arrange for the shipment as soon as possible. After making the payment, please contact us through Taobao or your mobile phone. We will check the payment and verify the goods before arranging the shipment.
