Notes on signing for delivery:
1. When receiving the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not, the box must be opened for inspection. If the product is damaged due to transportation issues, please provide relevant proof, and we will assist the customer in filing a claim.
2. All customers please ensure the integrity of the product packaging and the completeness of accessories or related documents. If there are quality issues with the product itself, we will provide a replacement within the specified time; (the shipping cost for a separate replacement order shall be borne by the customer, and it is recommended to replace it in the next order)
3. If the returned product has an incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or relevant documents; if it was repaired or modified without authorization; if it was used or stored in a non-standard manner; if it is beyond the product warranty period; or if the returned product is labeled and contains falsifications, we will not provide a refund or replacement.
4. When the customer returns the product due to a quality issue, please send it back to our company via regular shipping. The shipping cost shall be covered by the customer. After receiving the item, we will cover the remaining shipping fee and the actual product cost according to the shipping label. If the customer returns the product without communicating with customer service, we will not accept it. Thank you for your cooperation; communication should start from the heart!
