Wholesale Instructions

Regarding shipping, orders must be placed before 4 PM each day, and shipments are typically made on the same day. The default shipping method is Zhongtong; for large items, Deppon Express is used.

Courier services cooperated by this store: Zhongtong and DePang (additional fees apply if a specific courier is required). Fees vary by region; for details, please contact customer service. If you need tracking information, contact customer service to adjust the fee, and all shipping fees are prepaid.

Please carefully inspect the surrounding area of the package when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation, damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, or incomplete sealing adhesive, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack the package in person for inspection! If any items are missing or damaged, do not take the goods away yet; contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signing for the goods, it will be considered accepted without any issues.

Regarding returns and exchanges: 1. Returns and exchanges due to no quality issues;

If the return is required due to the buyer's personal reasons, since the damaged items caused by return shipping will result in significant losses, a 20% discount on the original price will be given for a refund. If the return is more than seven days after delivery, we do not offer returns or exchanges without quality issues. Note: (The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For items with free shipping, we will charge the shipping cost at the time of delivery)

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

The shipping cost for both sending and returning the product if the cumulative weight reaches 20KG due to quality issues will be borne by this store (for details on whether to send via courier or logistics, please contact online customer service). If you wish to return the product early without meeting the weight requirement, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the buyer.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so it is possible that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. A 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send additional parts for repair upon reordering, but not a separate replacement. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
