2. Regarding size

The sizes are measured manually, and due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of 2–5 CM. Please refer to the size chart and review details based on your usual wearing habits before making your purchase.

3. Regarding Colors

 All products in this store are photographed in real life. The colors have been professionally verified, and they are closest to those shown in a flat lay image. However, there are differences in color contrast and color temperature on computer monitors, among other factors. Color variations do not constitute a reason for return or exchange.

4. Regarding after-sales service

 1. Within 3 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), promptly provide feedback on product information and receipt details (especially for fragile items that should not be pressed, whether there is a shortage, and the actual situation of receipt). Applications will not be accepted after this deadline. In cases of fraud or false reporting, applications will not be processed once verified.

2. If any products with quality issues, such as functional failures, are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery note signature date), please contact us promptly; inquiries after this period will not be accepted.

3. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged or not, the customer must open the package for inspection upon receipt. If any damage or quality issues occur due to transportation problems, please have the relevant shipping company issue a certified document, and provide this document to us, so that we can assist the customer in filing a claim.

4. Returns due to dissatisfaction or dissimilarity are not accepted, as there is no actual quality issue.

5. Regarding shipping

 1. There are mainly two ways of shipping. If the quantity is not large, it is recommended to use express delivery for door-to-door delivery, which is convenient and fast. For larger quantities, logistics services are more cost-effective, but it is necessary to pick up the goods directly from the logistics company, which is generally not very convenient. The default express service is Baisi Express; the default logistics method is dedicated shipping. There are many trucks leaving Yiwu daily to various parts of the country. As long as it is a place with active trade in Yiwu, there are direct trucks available. After the goods arrive, the logistics company will call to notify you about picking up the goods. Even if there are no direct trucks, the shipping company will arrange trucks level by level to transfer the goods. The shipping cost for direct deliveries is approximately $30 per item, while the transfer fee is about $15. The actual amount paid upon arrival is what matters; our company does not engage in any disputes regarding shipping costs.

2. Shipping will occur approximately 1–2 days after payment, except in special cases. The actual shipping time is based on the scan record of the delivery, and not on the “send order” action from the backend. Logistics details are based on the updated logistics tracking number and phone number.

3. If there is a designated logistics provider, please include the Yiwu phone number and address in the “Message to Seller” section; chat records will not be used as proof.

4. Items that can be delivered directly usually arrive in about three to four days; those that require transit may take one to two days longer. Exceptional circumstances are not included. The actual arrival time will be based on real conditions, which we cannot control. If you have specific requirements for delivery time, you can specify the logistics provider.

5. The specific pickup address shall be based on the notification from the shipping company. If pickup is inconvenient, you may arrange for logistics or send a courier service.

6. We can also arrange shipping according to the customer’s specifications, such as Aneng, Deppon, Jijie, Xinbang, and Tiandi Huayu. However, the shipping costs are relatively high.
