For shipping, we prefer (Zhongtong Express) and (Yuan Tong Express). The product prices do not include shipping fees. Delivery within Guangdong Province takes 1–2 days normally, while outside the province it takes 3–5 days. In remote areas, delivery may be delayed by 1–2 days; please wait patiently. If you need another shipping method, please contact us to adjust the shipping fee. For logistics, we choose “Deppon Logistics, Pepsi Logistics, Aneng Logistics, Huari Logistics, Sùsùdá Logistics”. For remote areas, we use “transfer” logistics, which can also be delivered to all provinces across the country. Compared to regular shipping, this method is slower, but the shipping fees are lower.

Regarding after-sales service:
If you choose to cooperate with us on a long-term basis, we will consider your interests and offer lifetime replacement service, except for certain categories (such as phone tempered glass and phone skins), provided that there is no intentional damage. Additionally, if there are issues with the product quality since the purchase date, a seven-day replacement service and extended warranty are provided. (Excluding custom products.) The return shipping costs are split equally, with the sender responsible for the shipping fee. The company refuses to accept any items delivered at the destination.

Regarding order and delivery issues:
After you make the payment, under normal circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours. In case of any special situation, our sales staff will contact you promptly. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

Regarding the order quantity:
For your procurement and sales purposes, our company typically has a certain quantity of inventory on hand. However, if the order quantity exceeds 2000 units, please contact us to arrange production, so as not to delay your delivery date.

Regarding the issue of receiving the goods:
Please do not rush to sign for the delivery immediately after receiving it. Make sure to check that the packaging is intact and verify that the quantity of goods is correct. We will provide you with the shipping receipt. If there is any shortage in quantity or the product style does not match, please contact us promptly regarding any quality issues.
