Ordering Instructions:

1. The price does not include shipping fees. Small batches are sent by courier (default: YTO Express). Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the Ali system after the order is placed based on the weight of the goods. For large-volume orders, customers can choose to ship by logistics (must pick up at the logistics station themselves), and the costs are higher for large logistics companies (such as Dewang and Jiaji), while dedicated logistics companies offer lower fees.

2. About shipping: After the order is paid, we will arrange the shipment within 48 hours. If there is a stockout, we will contact the customer immediately (via Alibaba Messenger/shipper's phone). If there is no response, if the order amount of stockouts is less than 30%, we will first send the items in stock (shipping invoice). The stockouts will be sent again once they are ready or will be handled by the customer's contact. Please be informed.

3. About after-sales service: Quality issues can be exchanged or returned. Due to the low profit margin in wholesale, if there is a need for exchange or return, each party will bear half of the freight costs. This means: for small-quantity order customers, the freight cost for returning the product to our warehouse is paid by the customer themselves, and the freight cost for sending the goods back to the customer after receiving them is paid by our company; for large-quantity order customers, quality-issue products can be accumulated to a certain quantity and sent by dedicated freight to our warehouse. Please keep the product packaging and accessories intact when returning the goods. If there is any missing, our company will deduct the corresponding amount or will not send additional replacements.
