====== Ordering Instructions =======

Payment terms: 30% down payment as a deposit, and the balance is to be paid in full before the goods are shipped.

Customer confirms factory sample -- determines the requirement for printing the LOGO -- samples are confirmed -- mass production begins -- shipment upon receipt of payment -- goods are inspected and accepted.

1. Pre-sale instructions:

After confirming the design draft with the logo, both parties will determine the final price. Once the client makes the payment, the preparation for the goods will begin, followed by the production and printing of the plates.

 Customized cups are not supported for returns and may affect the second sale. Please be cautious when making your decision if you are concerned about this.

Section Two: Customization Instructions:

The logo and text of the advertising cup are provided by the customer (source files or AI format are required), and after our company does the layout and sends it back for confirmation, it can be printed.

III. Time Specification:

Customized advertising cups with a quantity of less than 1000 require approximately 1 day to print the logo.

Screen printing in single color: Free for an order of 1000 or more, a set-up fee of 50 yuan applies for orders of 500 to 999 pieces.

For orders of 300 or less, a set-up fee of 150 yuan is charged, and for orders of less than 500, a set-up fee of 100 yuan is charged.

Screen printing with multiple colors: For orders of 500 or more, add 0.6 yuan per color, plus the plate fee for each color (one plate is 50 yuan).

Laser printing: Each plus 0.8 yuan (no minimum order quantity)

IV. Logistics Description:

The price of this product does not include shipping fees. All customers across the country will choose logistics to ship with freight collect (please rest assured that freight collect by courier is more expensive, and the price for logistics with freight collect is the same). The logistics cost and time will be discussed based on the location. The shipping fee is subject to the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will choose a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping fees to ship.

Sample Description:

To maintain market order, products are sold in bulk supply only, without retail. For sample requests from distributors, please pay the sample fee and shipping costs. For more details, please contact our customer service.

Sixthly, Receipt Instructions:

During the transportation process, there may be cases of missing items. Please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and the correct quantity) before signing for them.
