6. About After-sales Service
If there are any quality issues with the product, please contact customer service to report the situation and arrange for a return or exchange. If the customer wants to return or exchange the product for personal reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping costs!
"7. About Express Delivery
Express delivery defaults to STO Express, and most orders are generally dispatched the same day before 3 PM, except for products that require additional preparation. Product prices do not include shipping fees, which are not subject to tax. Shipping fees are generated by the system and are non-negotiable. (Shipping fees are based on the prices set by the courier company and calculated by weight. Products such as plastic boxes are considered to be loose cargo, and actual shipping requires volume calculation, so the system-generated shipping fees are less than the actual amount, and are not negotiable.)
8. About Logistics
For large quantities, customers can send by ANEN or Yiwu freight department.
9. About Damaged Goods
Plastic products are after all fragile, and it is inevitable that damage may occur during transportation. Generally, 5% is within the normal range. If you receive products with severe damage, you can collect them and return them for a replacement. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and the re-delivery shipping fee will be borne by our company. If no re-delivery is needed, a refund can be made based on the returned goods. If no refund is made, a damaged photo can be provided and the price will be refunded at half. Please inspect the goods in person when they arrive and sign for them after acceptance, which will be considered as the product being qualified and without any issues.
