Sample production: We accept the production of various shapes of crystal crafts. You can consult us first, and we will tell you the material, craftsmanship, and application scope of the product, and meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts or design drawings (CDR format is best), and we will design for you and confirm.

In general, we charge a certain sample fee and the freight is collect. (The sample period is generally 2-15 days, excluding transportation time).

In order to reduce the cost of large orders, some products require the production of molds, and we will charge an appropriate mold fee. It will also be refunded to you based on the size of your order.
5 Sample Delivery: We will send out the samples as per your request, and the sample transportation costs will be borne by the purchasing party.

7 Transportation: We will transport your goods to the designated warehouse or port according to your requirements, and we guarantee the safety of the product packaging.

Custom-made Crystal Guide:

2. For trophies purchased in quantities of less than 5, there is a charge of 5 RMB per trophy, and vector images in formats such as AI, CDR, or PSD are required. The pixel resolution of images in formats such as JPG or BMP must not be lower than 500*500. If you need to have a signature made, please write it on a pure white and clean printing paper with a thick-lined pen such as an artistic fountain pen or a marker, and send us the scanned copy or digital photos. The charge is equal to the cost of the logo.
3. The font is decided by the typesetter. If you require a standard font, you can ask for a change. For special or unusual fonts, please provide the font installation package yourself.
4. Please note the following points for those in the advertising industry and design personnel who are responsible for self-layout:
4-1、Font Requirements: Small Song, Middle Song, and all fonts with the word "Song" cannot be engraved.
4-2、After any font is transformed into a curve and broken down, the minimum width or height of the smallest grid shall not be less than 1mm.
4-3, all final documents should be saved in .cdr format. The storage version is: coreldraw 9.0
4-4, the file must be converted to curves and grouped. Any content loss will not be responsible for.
4-5. The content in the layout must be in single color – black. If color filling is required, use arrows to mark it separately.

Transparent trophy is default without color. If you need color, each color will incur an additional 5 RMB for manual labor fee.
6. The trophy is hand-polished, and the normal error is +-2 centimeters.
Suggestion: Be cautious when taking photos (taking photos means accepting this clause).

8. Trophy and medal business gifts are custom-made products, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted for non-quality issues.
