Usage Method

Prepare the liquid to be filled, connect the 220V power supply, input the filling time, the interval time, and the speed, and press the manual/automatic discharge button.

1. Test run: Place the feed pipe into the feed bucket.

A. Press the point-and-click button to check if the motor can operate normally.

B. Manual/Foot Pedal Filling: Press the manual button/foot pedal switch once to operate the machine once.

C. Automatic Mode: Press the automatic key, and the filling machine will start to work continuously at the set time automatically. Press it again to stop.

2. Filling Setup

A. Press the filling setting, and the filling machine will start working.

B. When the filling quantity reaches the amount you need (with the help of tools such as an electronic scale), press the filling setting key to stop the filling. The time displayed on the "Filling Time" currently indicates the time required to fill the specified quantity.

3. Adjustment of Filling Time (First Line: "Filling Time")

A. Press the setting button, and the time will flash to start the setting.

Press the 'increase' key to increase the number, 0-9 in a loop.

C. Move by right shift, move the positioning.

D. Move the decimal point to determine the time unit

Press the exit key to complete the setup.

4. When in automatic mode, adjust the waiting time (second line: "Waiting Time")

In automatic mode, the machine will continue to fill continuously. The waiting time is the interval between two filling operations. The adjustment steps are similar to those for filling time.

5. Adjusting the Timer

A. Press the setting button, and the time will flash to start the setting process.

Press the 'increase' key to increase the number, 0-9 in a loop.

C. Move by right shift, move the positioning.

Press the mode key, when the light is on, the filling machine stops working after reaching the specified quantity. If the light is off, it will continue to work and count continuously.

Press the exit key to complete the setup.
