Insect needles are made of stainless steel, about 4 centimeters in length, with a sharp tip that can be inserted into the insect body. Some insect needles have a round head at the other end similar to a large-headed pin, while others do not. Insect needles are divided into 5-0 sizes based on size, suitable for different sizes of insects. There is also a micro-needle, which is about one-third the length of the insect needle and is more delicate. It is recommended to purchase professional insect needles, which come in 7 different models and thicknesses, with 00 being the thinnest and 5 being the thickest. Choose the needle based on the size of the insect, use a thick needle for large insects and a thin needle for small insects. For moth-like insects, generally use a 3rd needle.     4、Average Stage
   Comprised of three pieces of wood of different heights, each piece has a hollow hole of different depths. After inserting the insect on the pin, to maintain the height of the insect on the pin and the height of the label, the specimen can be inserted into the hole, adjusting the height of the specimen and the insect pin. After the specimen is completed, it is placed in the specimen box, with a more uniform and beautiful height.

   To accurately record specimen data, each specimen must have a label. The label is made of hard paper about 1 x 1.5 centimeters in size and is called a bug sign.
