1. Pre-sale instructions
1. Due to the large variety of products and daily sales volume, there may be instances where individual products are not removed from the shelves in time, leading to stockouts. Please understand this, and we will contact you by phone or Alipay message to resolve the situation.
2. When the customer receives the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged, they should open the package in front of the courier to inspect the goods. If there is no damage, they can sign for the delivery. If the goods are damaged, they should refuse to sign and immediately return the goods to the courier. If the goods are signed without inspection or by a gatekeeper (friend) on behalf, and later discover damage, the seller will not be held liable. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a stamped seal, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
3. Toys do not come with warranty. If they are damaged due to human error, we offer free repair services, but only charge reasonable spare parts fees. The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
4. After the goods are received and signed within 24 hours, if there are quality problems (except for damage caused by human interference and logistics transportation), you can first contact the customer service to apply for returns and exchanges. Refusal to return and exchange without prior contact, and the return and forwarding fees will be borne by us. After 24 hours, if there are quality problems or damage, you can apply for maintenance. II. Return Policy
1. If you return the product due to dissatisfaction, there will be a 20% discount on returns and exchanges due to no quality issues. (Why 80% discount? Explanation: Toys are fragile items, and there will be various degrees of damage to the packaging during transportation. We need to inspect and replace the packaging before we can sell it again, so please understand.) Customers must be able to exchange or return the product without affecting our secondary sales. The shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. If the product receives severe damage, our company will provide product images to the customer. According to the use of the received product, the after-sales service will negotiate with you the refund amount, and the shipping cost will be paid by the buyer! The payment will be returned to your Alipay account or the next order. Please understand the hard work of us as sellers, thank you!
2. During the assembly and transportation process of toys, there may be slight scratches or wear marks, which are unavoidable and do not constitute quality issues. Please understand! The following is a description of the product quality:
All product images are 100% actual product photographs. We do not make any changes to the color of the images. It is inevitable that there will be color difference issues under different lighting and on different monitors. Please always refer to the actual product for accuracy.
3. If the product itself has quality issues leading to the loss of its intended functions (most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires... etc., toy sellers should know how to repair toys), we will process a return or exchange. Please contact our after-sales customer service within 5 days after receiving the goods (time of logistics signature is the standard), and if it exceeds 5 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges. The returned goods must be well-packed (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box), ensuring that the product has not been used and does not affect resale (otherwise, we will not accept returns or exchanges). Please contact our after-sales customer service to register the quality problem first, and then please return in bulk of 10 kilograms by ordinary logistics. The freight will be borne by us. We refuse to send expensive logistics such as DEPAONG, JIAJ, XINBANG, and TIANDIHUAYU. If there is any violation, the freight will be borne by the buyer. We do not accept any postal express or mail with postage paid under any circumstances. If such a situation occurs, the buyer is solely responsible! The product you send back will be sent out with other orders next time (if you cannot wait until the next order is sent, the freight will be borne by the customer. Those who do not accept this clause should be cautious when shooting!!!).
