Product Introduction:
The 35kV series transformers feature low loss, low noise, lightning protection, strong resistance to sudden short circuits, and an attractive appearance. They are crafted using advanced production equipment, manufacturing processes, and high-quality components to create premium products. These transformers offer four remote functions: remote signaling, remote measurement, remote adjustment, and remote control, enabling remote operation via computer and achieving unmanned substations. The 35kV energy-saving transformers have passed the joint new product evaluation by the National Machinery Industry Bureau and the National Power Company. The 35kV series transformers are primarily used in urban and rural industrial and agricultural power grids, as well as in various industrial and mining enterprises and power station transmission and distribution projects.
● The core is processed using advanced longitudinal and transverse shearing and stacking equipment with stepped three-stage joints, which disperses the air gap distribution, improves the magnetic flux path, reduces no-load losses, and lowers no-load current and noise;
● The core uses special plates, pressure rings, special adhesive for silicon steel ends, and a series of integrated structural measures to ensure high mechanical strength;
● A new type of high and low voltage winding structure, with a reasonable arrangement of tap regions and oil passage design, enhances mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance;
●The fuel tank features a bell jar or centered structure, with corrugated walls. The tank enclosure has smooth, simple, elegant, and attractive lines.
