Transportation Instructions

For our customers, sending large quantities of goods via express delivery is not cost-effective. Therefore, we usually choose logistics services such as road transport special lines. Road transport in Yiwu is very developed; when shipped to first-level cities, the price is 10–25 yuan per box, while for county-level cities, the goods are first delivered to first-level cities and then transferred to the county level, with an additional 10–20 yuan transit fee per box. The exact charges depend on each freight company. (Note: Road transport special lines only deliver to the city where the goods are located and do not provide door-to-door service. Customers must collect the goods at the delivery point in the city.) (Note: For bulk freight shipments, payment is due at the destination.)

1. Payment and shipping issues

Customers can use Alipay for transactions. However, please confirm receipt promptly after receiving the goods. If you fail to confirm receipt, our company will add you to the blacklist.
