【Mixed Orders】 1: Orders must be 10 pieces or more; mixed orders are accepted for 10 pieces or above. Below 50 units, shipping via express is default; for 100+ units, logistics shipping is possible.

【Regarding Logistics】For small-scale wholesale, we use Yuantong for shipping; for large-scale wholesale, Deppon Logistics is used by default, as Deppon is a 5A-level logistics provider. Like couriers, tracking information can be checked, and there is a value guarantee for the goods to prevent customer losses. Therefore, we recommend using Deppon with payment upon delivery and self-pickup.

If the customer has specified a shipping method, please inform the customer service of the detailed address, recipient's name, and phone number for the delivery. The fee is payable at receipt of delivery. In case any issues occur during the designated shipping process, our company will track the situation but will not provide any compensation.

【Regarding Delivery】 1. Please check that the package is undamaged before signing after receiving it. 2. Items are dispatched in the order they were ordered, after inspection and packaging. We do not accept urgent orders. Orders paid via Alipay will be shipped within 3 days of receipt. For custom items, the shipping time is negotiated between both parties based on the quantity. 3: We will fully assist with checking the delivery and tracking progress regarding express deliveries. However, we have no control over the operational processes of the logistics company, and therefore we are not responsible for any economic losses caused to the buyer due to delivery delays.

【Returns and Exchanges】

1. The wholesale profit margin is extremely low; no acceptance of returns or exchanges under any circumstances due to quality issues.

2. In cases where serious quality issues affect use and sales, the buyer must pay the shipping fee upfront when returning the item. Please be aware that if the item is not received, no payment will be made! Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately process a refund and return the shipping fee according to our standard rates!

Since most of our products are produced and sold internally, the profits are low, we require all buyers to check the performance of the items within 24 hours after receiving them. If any quality issues are found, please contact us immediately. If no contact is made for more than a week, we will assume there are no quality problems with the product. Additionally, please complete the receipt confirmation within one week of receiving the goods. We hope you understand.
