2. Determine the intention of cooperation.

3. Provide the quantity, schedule, images, specifications, materials, printing, packaging, and other process requirements for the custom product. Meanwhile, we will calculate a preliminary price range.

4. The client provides the product design draft (the design draft needs to provide a high-definition vector image). If it is a development type, a physical sample can be provided for reference.

5. The factory also charges a prototype fee; the specific fee is charged according to different requirements. (Note: To save your valuable time, please confirm the final design draft before making a prototype. If it is due to the inability to provide the correct design draft that the prototype needs to be modified again, the fee will be charged again).

6. After confirming the pre-production sample, both parties will seal the sample and sign the production contract. For custom-made products, 30% of the total payment will be collected as a deposit (70% of the balance is paid before shipment).

7. Factory arranges for processing and production.

8. Deliver the goods, and both parties will accept the goods based on the sealed sample standards. If the acceptance cannot be completed due to other reasons, our factory can provide detailed photos of the finished products, bulk order photos, and shipment photos, and settle the remaining balance.

9. Order completion, regular follow-up.
