What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?
If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take photos of the goods upon receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can send us images through our Alipay communication tool, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. If there are shortages, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund if the shortage is noted on the list.

I have received the goods, but I am not very satisfied with them. Is it possible to exchange or return them?

If you are not satisfied with the product, do not like it, or have not used it, and it does not affect the second sale, except for custom-made products! You can return and exchange, and the freight is at your own expense.
The following circumstances are not refundable.
A product returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing accessories or relevant documentation.

B Unauthorized repair or modification.

C was not used or stored in the normal manner.

The product is sold beyond the warranty period.

Customized products are non-refundable.
