tm1651 is a special circuit for led (light emitting diode display) drive control with keyboard scanning interface, which is internally integrated with mcu digital interface, data latch, led high voltage drive, keyboard scanning and other circuits. this product has excellent performance and reliable quality. it is mainly used for display screen driving of induction cooker, microwave oven and small household appliances. the package form of sop16/dip16 is adopted.
