Density board identification:
1. Examine the thickness and density of the exterior for uniformity, check for any damage to the corners, and look for signs of delamination, bulging, carbonization, or soft spots.
2. If possible, cut a small piece of density fiberboard and immerse it in water at 20°C for 24 hours to observe the thickness change. Meanwhile, observe whether there are small air pockets on the board surface. If the thickness change is significant and there are small air pockets on the board surface, it indicates poor water resistance of the board surface.
3. Choose low-release density fiberboard. When selecting, use your sense of smell. You should choose density fiberboard with a small amount of stimulation, as the stronger the smell, the higher the amount of formaldehyde release, and the greater the pollution caused.
