Regarding logistics: small items can be sent by courier, and large items are recommended to be sent by freight forwarding. Our cooperating courier is YTO Express, and the fee will be charged based on the actual weight. For freight forwarding, the payment will be made upon arrival. If you need us to pay the freight forwarding fee in advance, please contact our customer service.

About shipping: normally, the goods will be shipped within 72 hours. In special cases, such as during peak seasonal periods or when the warehouse is out of stock, the shipping time may be extended appropriately. Please understand.

About receiving the goods: Please verify if there are any damage or missing goods before signing for the delivery. If there are any issues, please contact us first to negotiate the handling.
