1. Regarding product prices and free shipping

2. Regarding Stock Availability

3. Regarding shipping costs = there are two types (logistics fees and courier fees)

1. Logistics costs

If you find the shipping cost too high, you can choose to use logistics services. For logistics shipments, payment is due upon delivery. Once the goods reach their destination, the logistics company will notify you to collect them with the recipient's ID card. You then pay the shipping fee to the logistics company. Since the charging standards vary among different logistics companies, and depending on distance and location—especially in areas where direct delivery is not available and transit is required—we cannot provide an exact figure. The amount will be based on what the actual logistics company charges.

2. Shipping costs

All shipping fees are charged based on weight. To make ordering easier for you, the item weight and shipping rates have been set up in the backend. The cost shown when you place an order is the actual shipping fee. Different couriers partner with different companies, so their rates vary. Therefore, please stop complaining that you pay less when buying elsewhere—here, why does it cost so much?

4. Regarding Shipping

All orders that have been paid will be shipped within 48 hours, possibly on the same day or tomorrow, and no later than two days. Due to the high volume of shipments daily, shipping will be done in the order they were placed. We appreciate your understanding! 5. Regarding delivery receipt for express logistics

The goods must be signed for in person. Check the outer packaging face-to-face for any damage, missing items, or signs of opening. If any of these issues are found, you may refuse to accept the goods. Please contact our customer service staff promptly, and we will handle the matter immediately until you are satisfied. Otherwise, you shall bear the consequences.

6. On Color Difference

Due to the varying resolutions set in each person’s monitor and various other factors, digital images will inevitably have some color differences. We believe that no matter what is done, it should be genuine and accurate. Therefore, we hope to achieve the most realistic representation of object details through the images, so that what people see matches what they actually see. The stretched and detailed images were all taken using our own actual objects.

We have been continuously improving the photography quality, but due to differences in camera and monitor settings, lighting conditions, and other factors, it is still difficult to completely avoid color discrepancies between the actual product and the photo. Therefore, please refer to the color of the actual product.

7. Pickup at the customer’s location

For customers who need pickup at their location, they must select items, place orders, and make payments via the website. After the warehouse prepares the goods, it will notify the customer to pick them up in person; pickup at the warehouse is not accepted.
