1. Users only need to inform the factory of the required specifications and dimensions (determined based on the bottle mouth), and the factory will provide the required dimensions.

2. When using it, simply place the pressure-sensitive seal sheet at the bottom of the cap (with the printed side facing down) and then tighten the cap.
After approximately 1 to 2 minutes, when the cap was removed, the pressure-sensitive gasket had been firmly attached to the bottle mouth, achieving a sealed state.

Usage Instructions

1. There should be no water or oil etc. on the bottle mouth
2. The bottle mouth should be a complete flat surface; there should be no gaps, bumps, or edges.
3. The gap between the bottom of the cap and the bottle mouth is zero before tightening.
4. The adhesive seal layer must remain clean and free from contamination
5. Keep below 70°E (20 degrees Celsius); avoid high temperatures and direct exposure to sunlight.
6. The sealing and bonding quality of the pressure-sensitive gasket rolls depends on factors such as storage temperature and bottle cap pressure.

1. Pressure-sensitive gaskets are widely used as seal materials for bottle mouths. As they are pressure-sealing materials, they are easy to use and inexpensive. Pressure-sensitive gaskets consist of PS foam gaskets coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive; they are commonly referred to as “pressure-sensitive gaskets.” These are single-piece units without aluminum foil, and they provide sealing functionality through the pressure applied by the bottle cap at room temperature. They are used for glass bottles, metal bottles, and plastic bottles (especially when the contents are solid dry foods or pharmaceuticals).

2. The electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing gasket is composed of cardboard, aluminum foil, adhesive, and sealing film, forming an integrated unit. It is applied using an electromagnetic induction sealing machine that can heat non-contactly. Under the sensor, electromagnetic induction generates high heat instantaneously. After heating, the paper layer separates, and the aluminum foil sealing layer seals the bottle mouth, achieving a sealed, leak-proof effect. Additionally, it provides anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft features.
