Safe Use of Separated Jacks

(1) It must be a qualified product produced by a formal manufacturer. Before use, one should be familiar with the performance, features, and usage method of the split jack, and use it strictly according to the rated weight of the jack.

(2) The separate jack must be kept clean and stored in a dry, dust-free place. Before use, the jack should be thoroughly cleaned, and the piston movement along with all components must be checked for flexibility and reliability, as well as whether the oil is clean.

(3) When using a separate jack, staff are prohibited from standing in front of the jack safety bolt; do not use it if the safety bolt is damaged.

(4) It should be perpendicular to the top objects and have a good contact surface.

(5) The separated jack used for lifting objects cannot be left unattended for a long time, let alone notSuitable for storing items.

(6) When in use, the placement area should be flat and solid. If it is on an uneven or soft ground, a mat with sufficient strength should be laid underneath.

(7) It is not allowed to attach a tube to the lever of the jack, or extend the lever length by any other means.

(8) The lifting height of the separate jack shall not exceed the limit marking line. If no such line exists, it shall not exceed three-quarters of the screw rod length or the piston height. Use is strictly prohibited when the spiral thread or rack is worn to 20%.
