Heat Transfer Sublimation Pen is a specialized drawing tool used in heat transfer process, mainly used to draw patterns or text on heat transfer paper, and then transfer the pattern to fabric or other materials through high temperature and pressure.
1. Draw the pattern: Use a heat transfer sublimation pen to draw patterns or text on the heat transfer paper.
2. Preheat the equipment: Heat the heat transfer machine or iron to the appropriate temperature (usually 180°C-200°C).
3. Transfer the pattern: Place the prepared heat transfer paper on the target material, press it with a heat transfer machine or iron, and heat it for a certain period of time (usually 10-30 seconds).
4. Cooling and Peeling: After the material has cooled, gently peel off the heat transfer paper, and the pattern is completed.
Time and Temperature Requirements:
Mug: 180℃, 60-90s, for black and red, time can be increased to 120s
Chemical fiber T-shirts: 180°C, 80-120s or 190°C, 60-90s
Canvas bag: 185℃, 90-120s
Ceramic disc: 185℃, 90-120S
Slate: 190℃, 90S-120s
Light colors print better, and red and black require higher printing quality.
tips:
Watercolor paints tend to be darker than the actual color of the brush cap. The color only matches the brush cap when printed. It's not because the printing is poor, but it's designed that way.
