① Customers provide us with the details of custom processing styles and production requirements, and we will provide a definitive quote on the same day.
a. Customers who need to send samples for custom orders should contact our customer service to obtain the mailing address. After receiving the samples, our company will calculate the time and negotiate with the buyer.
b. Customers who need to provide custom-made images should provide detailed product images and related product parameters, as well as specific requirements to our customer service for calculation and negotiation.

After reaching a consensus through negotiation and consultation, pre-pay the relevant design initial version fee or production deposit.
Please communicate with our customer service to determine the specific mold fee or production deposit, and complete the payment with the assistance of the customer service. (When the number of products with multiple specifications accumulates to 1000 pieces, the mold fee will be refunded).

Our design team will create the drawings and provide the relevant CAD design diagrams for customer confirmation. Once the confirmation is confirmed, the prototype will be produced and mailed to the buyer for quality review. Trusting our long-standing customers can also choose to express sample directly into the mass production process, effectively shortening the production cycle.

④ Determine the quality and confirm the quantity of mass production with the customer service, and simultaneously deliver 30% of the production deposit. If the buyer defaults on the order during the production process, our company has the right to confiscate all the deposit without refund!

The delivery period is generally 10-20 days after the product is produced. Once our company receives the notice from the buyer, we will arrange the express delivery on the same day after the buyer pays the remaining order amount!

Our company will ship the products based on the actual custom quantity to the buyer's provided shipping address.
