① The client provided the detailed specifications and production requirements for the customized processing design to our company, and an accurate quote was issued on the same day.
a. Customers who require custom samples should contact our customer service to obtain the mailing address. After receiving the samples, our team will calculate the delivery time and negotiate with the buyer;
b. Customers who require image customization should provide detailed product images, relevant parameters, and specific requirements to our customer service for evaluation and negotiation.

② After reaching an agreement through negotiation, the relevant design production fee or production deposit shall be paid in advance.
For the specific version fee or production deposit, please contact our customer service to confirm, and make the payment with their assistance. (The version fee will be refunded once the cumulative production of multi-specification products reaches 1,000 units.)

③ Our design team creates drawings and provides relevant CAD designs for the client’s confirmation. Once confirmed, we start production, make samples, and send them to the buyer for quality review. Existing customers who trust us can also choose to send the samples via courier directly into mass production, effectively reducing the production cycle.

④ Confirm the quality and renegotiate the batch production quantity with customer service. Meanwhile, a 30% deposit for starting production will be paid. If the buyer breaches the contract during production and cancels the order, our company has the right to confiscate all the deposit and not return it!

⑤ The delivery time is generally 10–20 days. After the product production is completed, our company will notify the buyer. Once the buyer pays the remaining order amount, we will arrange shipping on the same day!

⑥ Our company ships according to the actual customized quantity of the customer to the delivery address provided by the buyer.

⑦When the customer receives the package, please verify the quantity and quality of the product in person with the delivery person. Once you confirm satisfaction with the product, confirm receipt and give us a five-star review! We look forward to our continued partnership!
