1. Mixed Lot Explanation: Support mixed lots when purchasing more than 1 piece or the total amount exceeds 100 yuan.
2. Consignment Explanation: We support one-time consignment. The signed courier is Ten Days Express. If you need to use another courier, please specify when placing the order.
3. Sample Order: Free samples are supported. After paying for the samples, if you make a second order in the shop within 15 days and the total amount exceeds 1000 yuan, the sample fee will be refunded. Samples will be shipped at random. Each buyer is limited to one piece per order.
4. Logistics Instructions: For shipments of more than one piece, logistics will be used with freight collected upon delivery. If you need to use express delivery, please inform us which express delivery service you prefer. The factory will default to send by Tennov Express and you will need to pay for the express delivery fee.
Reminder: Please verify which courier logistics can reach your destination before placing an order. After placing an order, please inform the customer service representative. If no information is provided, the default courier will be Tian Tian Express, and the logistics will be sent to the county for self-collection. If the self-collection is too far away or the courier cannot reach, you will be responsible for it. Before picking up the goods, check the quantity, and inspect for any damage. If damage is found, make sure to count and sign for the goods after inspection on the spot. If you find any problems, you have an obligation to contact us immediately to handle them together. Once the goods are signed for, it will be considered as acceptance of the goods.
5. After-sales instructions: The shipping costs for all returns and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be sent together with the next order, not separately.
6. Foreign Trade Order: Accepting foreign trade orders, 15% additional charge for invoice, 30% advance payment for production before order. The requirements of the order must be detailed and careful, and the paper cards, packaging, etc. must be provided in time.

(3) Packing and Shipping: The specifications of the outer boxes and the quantity of packing shall be in accordance with the current company regulations.
Reminder: The outer box can be provided in bare state. If you need the correct side label, the general practice now is to print the label on the adhesive paper and then attach it to the bare box. If you need the label to be directly printed on the cardboard box, please specify.
Please provide detailed instructions for the front and side labels. For example, the content of the front and side labels, font size, typeface used, and the location for pasting or printing.
Please indicate if the outer box needs to be further wrapped in a weaving bag, and specify whether a front side label is required.
Carton packing: Packing is done according to the domestic standard four-step method. If you need any other packing method, please specify.
