5. about after-sales service

we will provide complete after-sales service. when receiving or picking up the goods, please check the goods first and then sign the bill. carefully check whether the appearance of the goods is intact, whether the quantity and accessories are complete. if the goods are damaged or there are fewer goods, please do not sign for them, contact the customer service first to explain the situation and ask the logistics company personnel or express personnel to prove it before handling it. otherwise, once the goods are signed, it represents the buyer's approval of the goods, and the seller will not be responsible for any problems. if the product has quality problems, please contact us within three days after receiving the goods. our factory will not accept the return application for non-quality reasons.
