Three: Shipping Instructions

Considering the issue of transportation costs,Outside Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and ShanghaiFor customers who order goods weighing over 10 kilograms, it is recommended to send them by logistics. For small items weighing less than 10 kilograms, it is recommended to send them by courier.

Freight charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:

The direct delivery cost is about 15-30 yuan per box, and the arrival time is about 3-5 days.

The cost for transferring to a county-level city is about 20-40 yuan per box, and the estimated delivery time is 4-7 days.

bPlease keep your phone line open. Once the goods arrive at the local freight station, they will notify you to pick up the goods (freight collect).

Four: Receipt Instructions

When you receive the goods, please check if the outer packaging is intact. Once you are satisfied with the condition, you can sign for the delivery. If you find any damage to the packaging during the inspection, please contact our after-sales customer service immediately. We will assist you in resolving the claim with the courier and logistics companies. Please remember this point.Remember!Signature Tips: Some courier companies require you to sign first before inspecting the goods. You can sign first, but don't give the courier the signed delivery slip until you have inspected the goods and found them to be correct.

Five: After-sales Service

After receiving the goods, if there are any shortages in the quantity or quality issues with individual items, please report them to us within the first hour.Contact our after-sales customer service within three days, take photos in time and send them to the customer service for confirmation, and our company will give you a satisfactory solution.
