5. Regarding after-sales service
1. Signing for delivery: Please ensure you personally inspect and sign for the goods. This is your right, and it is also key to our after-sales service. Thank you for your cooperation. (If it is not convenient for you to sign for the goods in person, please inform the person who will sign for you on your behalf, a relative, or the security guard to inspect and sign for the goods.)

Missing items or quality issues: If there are any missing items or quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact customer service promptly within three days after signing for delivery. For quality issues, please take photos immediately after receiving the goods to confirm. You can also send the photos via our after-sales WeChat, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. Please bear the consequences if the deadline is missed.

Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with the product or do not like it, you may return or exchange it within three days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is not suitable for resale. Generally, standard products allow for unconditional returns and exchanges within three days of delivery; some products offer a seven-day unconditional return service.
