About the price

The price marked is already very high in terms of value for money. Please understand that there are reasonable price differences due to differences in the quality of the goods, the sourcing channels, the time of purchase, the quantity purchased, the sales strategies, and the cost of services, etc. We do not provide exchange or return services due to price issues. We suggest that you compare products before making a purchase and then make your decision.

Quality Problem

All the precious items in our store will be strictly inspected by our logistics department before shipment to ensure the quality of the goods you receive.

To avoid any unforeseen circumstances during transportation, please open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier after receiving the item, and confirm that there are no errors before signing the courier receipt.

Once the goods are signed for, it represents both parties' recognition and acceptance of the consistency of the appearance, quantity, and accessories of the goods without any disputes.

If there is a genuine quality problem with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue for you and ensure that the product is not damaged by human hands, washed, or has intact packaging tags. The postage for such issues will be borne by us.

Express delivery issue

Express delivery usually takes 2-3 days, but the delivery speed can vary due to the different cities, especially in more remote areas. If there are adverse weather conditions or public holidays, there may be delays. Additionally, the quality of the courier service providers can vary, with some delivery personnel having poor attitudes or causing damage to the packages, which are unforeseen factors that some sellers cannot predict.

About Payment

We strongly recommend that buyers use Alipay for payment. If the seller is online and you are purchasing multiple items, please confirm the shipping fee with the seller before making the payment and modify the shipping cost afterwards. If the seller is not online and you cannot modify the shipping fee immediately, you can make the payment directly and leave a message for the seller. We will credit the extra shipping fee to your Alipay account once we are online.
