Dimension Issue: Due to different measurement methods and other factors, there may be slight errors in the finished product dimensions. Errors within +-1cm are considered normal. Once custom-made products are ordered and produced, they cannot be modified in size. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in size will be borne by the buyer.
Return and Exchange Policy: Due to the special nature of custom products, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges. For non-custom products, if there are quality issues caused by human error rather than the product itself, we will bear the return shipping costs. After the goods are signed for, if the original packaging is intact and the product is unaffected for resale, we will process a return according to the Alibaba rules.
