1、The color difference products are photographed from the actual items, and the color difference is inevitable due to the impact of lighting technology. If the customer is very strict about the printing color, please express the color samples by courier, but I can only guarantee that the color matching is above 90%, nothing can be 100%. If the customer insists on the same, please find another way! Thank you!

2、Specifications and Dimensions
The bag sizes indicated on our design draft are the outer diameter dimensions. There is an acceptable tolerance of 5MM for the finished product dimensions (which is a reasonable printing error). Therefore, please ensure that the size is accurately measured when customizing. If the size is too small due to our company's fault, we will not be responsible for any damage caused. Thank you for your understanding.

3、Shipping Instructions

In general, freight is transported with the freight charges collected upon delivery. Freight companies usually do not provide door-to-door delivery services, and we are only responsible for shipping the goods to your city. The freight company will then notify you to pick up the goods.

4. Please do not log off immediately after the transaction to allow us to confirm the shipping arrangements. Due to the large number of orders we need to process each day, we adhere to the 'first come, first served' principle and generally arrange the shipment within 1-2 days. In the event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you promptly and refund any excess payment, please rest assured.

5、Before shipping, we will carefully inspect the quality, quantity, and packaging. Only after no problems are found will we send the goods. However, due to long-distance transportation and compression, it is inevitable that there will be some issues with the goods. When you receive the goods, please have the courier present, and carefully inspect the parcel. Only after no problems are found should you sign for the delivery. If you find serious issues, you can have the courier write down the reason on the spot and return the goods, and then contact us in time to explain the situation. We will contact the courier company to resolve the issue. If you raise any objections after signing, it will be difficult to trace who is responsible, and the buyer will bear all the consequences. Please do not have others sign for you, as this will be considered as the buyer's acceptance of the goods. Friendly acquaintance, pleasant transaction, and satisfied receipt require our full cooperation on both sides!
