About Returns and Exchanges
Due to the fact that our company's hand drums are handmade, the following reasons are not accepted for exchanges or returns:
1. The size of the drum head and the height of the drum body each have an appropriate normal range for each size, please refer to the product details for more information.
2. The image information is for reference only. Due to the lighting during shooting, post-processing, and color difference issues caused by different monitors, there may be a certain color difference between the product images and the actual items. Please refer to the actual items for accuracy. Color differences do not constitute quality issues.
3. Drum pads are designed to protect the drum body during transportation. If you find any damage to the drum pads upon receiving the goods, you may remove them if you are concerned. This does not affect the use of the drum. If you have any special needs, please contact customer service;
4. Freight charges for Xinjiang, Tibet, and Inner Mongolia should be consulted with the customer service.
