Payment: Buyers first choose a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, which guarantees the safety of the payment; when the buyer confirms the receipt of the goods, the payment is then released to the supplier by Alipay.
If the buyer does not receive the goods or the goods do not meet the requirements by the due date, they can submit a refund application to protect their own rights and interests.
06 About Receiving: Please make sure to personally sign for the delivery. If someone like family members, friends, or the gatekeeper signs for you, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing.
If there is any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify, claim compensation, or refuse to accept the delivery directly from the delivery personnel.
07 About After-sales Service:Please contact us within seven days from the date of receipt if there are any quality (mistake or omission) issues. We will provide a reply for replacement, return, or exchange. We will not accept any claims after this period.
If there are no quality issues, the product will not be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Due to personal reasons such as disliking the product, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as expected, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product they have purchased.
