To ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, this site has specially formulated this regulation. Please understand and read clearly before placing an order!
1. About Shipping
1. After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods will generally be arranged for shipment within 2 days. Orders placed after 16:30 daily or those paid after that time will be scheduled for the next day's shipment. If there are any special reasons that prevent timely shipment, we will contact the buyer in time to handle the situation. We appreciate your understanding and gratitude.
2. Logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the Changhong freight telephone) or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are the main amount when the goods are picked up. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot guarantee the arrival time of the freight station. Please understand, thank you!) If the buyer's information is incorrectly filled in, such as phone number and address, and the goods are returned, the customer needs to bear the round-trip freight charges.
Section Two: About the Price
The prices of products in the shop are factory prices, except for a few free shipping products. They do not include any other fees such as shipping costs. If a company or booth needs to confirm the sample, the sample fee will be charged according to the product price. Please negotiate with us specifically when you take the sample.
Section Three: About Receiving Goods
1. The transportation company is responsible for transporting the products to the designated place. When the buyer picks up the goods, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or defective, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person, and solve the compensation if there is an error. If you cannot solve it, please do not take the goods first. Contact us for consultation at the freight station. Otherwise, signing after the delivery will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. If there is a shortage of goods, please leave a message within 24 hours after signing. We will help you verify the situation as soon as possible. If the packaging of the goods is damaged, the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.
3. We will try our best to strengthen the packaging of the goods to avoid damage as much as possible, but it is still difficult to avoid normal transportation losses of 2-3%. If any damage occurs, we will solve it by replenishing parts in the next order, without separately sending them back. Please understand.
★ Section Four: About Returns and Exchanges
Emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds.
1. We do not accept returns in principle. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. However, the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the next customer's order. We cannot accept the situation where the exchange is sent together with the next shipment. The freight costs are the responsibility of the customer! Before sending back, you must inform our business's Alibaba customer service!!
2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we can solve these problems within our capabilities, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.
4. Return Policy: Our company offers a 15-day no-reason return service (only available to resellers and micro-suppliers, with shipping costs deducted). In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the product packaging is intact, has not been used, and the product is undamaged, without affecting the resale of the product. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, the store will charge a handling fee of 30% of the original price). The round-trip shipping costs for no-reason returns are borne by the buyer.
★ Section Five: About Wholesaling/Distribution
1. If you apply for a return due to quality issues, ensure that the product is returned in perfect condition with its original packaging. Additionally, the shipping fee we paid will be deducted.
2. If there are any quality issues, such as product damage or inability to use normally, the return and exchange costs caused by intentional damage will be borne by the buyer.
3. For after-sales services due to quality issues or other reasons, we are unable to provide refund or exchange shipping costs. The shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
★ Section Six: Disclaimer
1. All products sold by our company are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from quality problems upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.
2. All the goods sent by our company are brand new. Before shipping, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and tidy, and the outer boxes are sturdy. The goods are produced and shipped based on customer orders. The majority of the product materials are plastic, and the packaging is made of paper materials. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collisions, or slight deformations of individual color boxes). The transportation is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.
3. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough with flaws and is not of good quality, which is different from what they imagined, etc., but these do not fall under quality issues. We apologize for the overly picky buyers. Please consider and carefully read the purchase when making a decision. If you have any questions, please consult us.
4. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there may be some color differences, please understand.
This clause will take effect automatically when the customer decides to order our products, without the need for both parties to sign or seal separately. If you do not agree with the above terms, please consider carefully and make sure you agree before ordering products from our company.

7. Product Use Precautions:
1. Secure small removable parts, and do not allow children to swallow them.
2. If there are batteries interfering in the operation area, please select another area to operate.
3. Do not store near fire and high temperature, or in humid places.
4. When the battery is wet with water, please thoroughly wipe away the moisture.
5. After each use, turn off the power switch and remove the battery.
6. If you need to install a product that does not come with instructions, please contact customer service for a tutorial. Do not install it yourself (we will not accept after-sales service for any problems caused by personal reasons).
