Hard tag removal (unlocking) method:
1. Hold the product label with your left hand, with the front facing up and the raised part aligned with the center depression of the unlocker.
2. Press the label firmly against the protruding part until it fits into the recess of the pin removal tool (unlocking tool), gently press the pin on the hard label with your right hand, and then pull the product out with the label attached. At this point, the product can be separated from the hard label. The pin is removed.
3. Remove the label from the nail puller, and remove the label nail from the product.
4. Remove the hard tags and nails and place them separately, and properly store them to avoid any interference with the equipment and false alarms.
EAS labels are used on various commodities in large supermarkets for anti-theft purposes. The loss of valuables in supermarkets is a serious problem for each supermarket, and EAS can be used to protect each item. EAS hard labels are a type of label that can be recycled. If the hard label is not removed from the item with a unlocker, it cannot pass the detection door. Nowadays, EAS is not only in supermarkets, but also in industries such as specialty stores, optical stores, pharmacies, clothing and footwear.
