Before the courier leaves the scene, please check the goods according to the order. If you find that the quantity is incomplete or the goods are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help members handle the relevant after-sales matters. If the member does not check the goods after the courier leaves the scene, the consequences will be borne by the member.

Due to the continuous increase in product styles, some styles are too popular, or are still in production, leading to stockouts. For orders with stockouts of less than five items, we generally do not notify the customer, and we will send the items in stock as soon as possible to your hands. After you receive the goods, you can return the corresponding missing product amount or send it along with the subsequent orders. Due to the waste of shipping fees for separately sending one or a few products, if you really need to send them separately, the shipping fees will be at your own expense, and we are unable to bear the shipping fees for the re-delivery. Each product goes through multiple inspection processes from production to storage and then to shipment, but we cannot guarantee that every product sent to you will be a qualified product. For problem products, we usually ask the customers to hold them for us. If there are accumulated problem products from multiple orders, we will send them back again.
