Special emphasis: No returns or refunds are accepted. However, exchange of products due to manufacturing quality issues is possible upon negotiation, but the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are the factory prices. Although product quality is strictly inspected before, during, and after production by quality inspectors to ensure 100% quality, due to various uncertainties, our company can only guarantee that 97%-98% of products will have no issues upon arrival. 2%-3% falls outside our warranty scope.

1. Regarding the minimum order quantity

General products can only be purchased at retail prices, but for some items, orders require more than one box. We will inform you during the negotiation process! We will try our best to meet the buyer’s requirements (provided that we can meet them as much as possible, not entirely according to the buyer’s specifications). Please understand!

II. Product Quotation.

Exactly at the factory price (no invoice, no shipping fee, no any charges). For customers from other regions, we will handle the delivery on their behalf. The customer can select their own logistics/transportation/express service. The shipping fee can be paid at receipt or by proxy.

III. After-sales instructions for drop-shipping

For product quality issues, the costs incurred during customer after-sales service are the responsibility of this store; if it is not a quality issue, the costs for customer after-sales service are the responsibility of the distributor.

IV. Payment Methods:

Payment methods: Ship upon receipt of payment (1. Bank transfer; 2. Alipay payments are only available for “immediate settlement”). If the order requires some time to produce, pay a 30-40% deposit first, and the remaining amount should be paid one day before shipment.

5. Shipping Time

After the buyer's payment or deposit arrives, the goods will be arranged, typically taking about 1-3 days. Since some orders require inventory preparation (which requires production from the manufacturer), customers are advised to place orders as early as possible based on actual circumstances, to avoid inability to arrange delivery during tight deadlines and thus impact sales. Once all items are ready, shipments will be made according to the shipping method confirmed with the customer service team. If some products need delayed delivery, the sales staff will notify the customer accordingly, allowing the customer to choose to replace or cancel the missing items.

6. Receiving Standards:

1. The buyer should carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company personnel after receiving them. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing adhesive is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the items in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through negotiation with the logistics company in person; if unresolved, do not take the goods away yet and contact us at the freight station for discussion. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.

2. Our toys are high quality at affordable prices—they offer great value. Some buyers report issues such as rough workmanship, defects, poor materials, or differences from expectations after receiving the items. However, these do not constitute quality problems. Nothing is perfect; those who are too picky may want to skip them. All sizes are measured manually, and a 1–2 CM error is normal. (Please understand)

7. Transportation Instructions

All products are at the factory price, i.e., the delivery price in Chenghai! We will ship for customers outside the region! You can arrange delivery at the freight station of your choice, and the shipping cost is paid by the recipient!
