Order Information: First of all, thank you for choosing us as your partner. As sellers, we offer high-quality crystal products and services that exceed your expectations. To facilitate better cooperation, we have listed some common issues encountered during the sample process, which are summarized as follows:

① Sample production: We accept the production of crystal crafts in various shapes. You can contact us first, and we will inform you about the material, craftsmanship, and applicable scope of the product, and ensure it meets your requirements. You may also provide photos, concepts, or design drawings (preferably in CDR format). We will design them on your behalf and confirm the details.

A- In principle, there are no restrictions on the quantity of orders, but very small quantities may result in higher prices.

B-Generally, we waive the sample fee for products worth less than 10 RMB, and the shipping cost is paid by the recipient. (Typical delivery time is 3–7 days, excluding transportation time).

C - 3D laser products: 300 - 600 RMB for 3D printing fees (depending on product size), with the customer owning the 3D pattern. If your order volume is large, this fee will be refunded to you.

D. Products damaged during transportation: When sending products to customers, we usually use secure packaging or gift box packaging. Since crystal is a fragile item, it is recommended that customers open the items in front of the freight company staff when receiving the delivery notice or when the goods are delivered to their location, to check for any damage or loss.

E, Payment issues for products: 1. Sample costs – if they are from our factory, and there is no need to create molds or undergo additional manufacturing, we can accept shipping with collection. For products costing less than 10 yuan, we can provide samples free of charge.

2: Large-order payment: We usually pay 30% of the total order amount as a deposit for large orders. The remaining amount can be paid after the product is completed, either when the customer visits the factory for inspection or when we send photos to the customer for confirmation. After confirmation, the payment can be made for shipment or the goods can be picked up with payment. 3: For customers with larger orders, if they cannot visit the factory for inspection, they can pay 80% of the remaining amount upfront for shipment. Once the goods arrive at the customer’s local logistics company, the customer can inspect them. If there are no issues, the remaining 20% of the payment should be sent to our factory, and we will notify the logistics company to deliver the goods to the customer.

After-sales service: If customers have any dissatisfaction after receiving the product, they can contact our sales staff. If the issue cannot be resolved by the sales staff, an after-sales manager will get in touch with you. Regardless of the size of your order, we will ensure satisfaction until you are pleased.
