Sample production: We accept the production of various shapes of crystal crafts. You can consult us first, and we will tell you the material, craftsmanship, and application scope of the product, and meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts or design drawings (CDR format is best), and we will design it for you and confirm it.

A- We have no restrictions on the quantity of orders, but very small quantities can lead to higher prices.

B-In general, we do not charge a sample fee for products worth less than 10 RMB, and the freight is collect. (The sample period is generally 3-7 days, excluding transportation time).

C-3D Laser Products: 3D molding fee is 300-600 RMB (depending on the size of the product), (the customer owns the ownership of the 3D pattern). If you have a large order quantity, this fee will be returned to you.

D, damaged products during transportation: When we send products to our customers, they are usually safely packaged or in gift boxes because crystal is fragile. Therefore, we suggest that customers open the items in front of the freight company personnel when they receive the freight notice to pick up or when the freight is delivered to their door to inspect whether the product is damaged or missing.

E, Product payment issue: 1: Sample fee, if it's a product that we already have in stock and doesn't involve new molding or other re-manufacturing processes, we can accept courier collection. For products under 10 yuan, we can provide free samples.

2：Large order costs: We usually pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit for large orders, and the balance is paid after the products are completed and the guests come to the factory for inspection or we send pictures to the client for confirmation. After the client confirms, they can make the payment and ship the goods or take the goods with the payment. 3: For clients with larger payments who cannot come to the factory for inspection, they can first pay 80% of the balance as payment for shipping the goods. Once the goods arrive at the local logistics of the client, the guest can go to the logistics company for inspection.
