About retail: Orders under 200 yuan are considered retail and can be shipped. Before the product is checked for quality and sent out, no returns or exchanges are allowed once the sale is completed. Return and Exchange:

About after-sales service

If the cumulative weight of products with quality problems reaches 40KG, the return shipping costs will be borne by our store (please contact our online customer service for details on whether to send by courier or logistics).
