About retail: Orders under 200 yuan are considered retail and can be shipped. Before the product is checked for quality and sent out, no returns or exchanges are allowed once the sale is completed. About shipping: After you place an order and make payment, we will normally ship the goods within 48 hours, but if there are a lot of orders, it will take up to 72 hours. Return and Exchange:
Return Policy -- If the product itself suffers from a quality issue leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires...). For other reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations that are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange. About after-sales service
Product quality issues leading to missing functionality will be dealt with through a return or exchange process. Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days of receipt (time of signature applies), after which we will not accept any feedback on after-sales issues.
Please contact our customer service to register the quality issue for processing. If the product has not been registered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
