Regarding retail orders: Orders under 200 yuan are considered retail orders and can be shipped. Return and Exchange:

For other reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations that are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange. If you do need to return the product, we will offer a discount based on the time since purchase, provided the product and packaging are intact. The discount is 80% for items returned within 7 days, and 70% for items returned after 7 days. All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

About after-sales service

Product quality issues leading to missing functionality will be dealt with through a return or exchange process. Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days of receipt (time of signature applies), after which we will not accept any feedback on after-sales issues.

If you encounter quality issues with the products, please return a minimum of 20 kilograms using standard logistics. We will bear the shipping costs. If it is not possible to accumulate a sufficient quantity, the customer and our company will share the shipping costs for one-way return.
