1. Product Quotation

1. The factory has quoted the most advantageous ex-factory price, which is generally based on the prices listed on Alibaba’s website. All quotes are ex-factory prices, excluding taxes, shipping, and all other fees. All payments are settled in RMB (unit: yuan).

Due to various factors such as weather and lighting conditions, and even differences in monitor resolution, certain color differences may occur, which cannot be avoided and are not considered quality issues. 3. Shipping costs

Small quantities can be shipped via express delivery.If the quantity is large, it can be shipped via logistics; the costs of shipping or delivery shall be borne by the buyer.The seller does not bear any costs. (Note: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the items for the buyer; the actual shipping fee will depend on the amount upon delivery. 4. Regarding Shipping
This factory primarily focuses on foreign trade exports. Due to the rapid sales of toy products, there are often shortages of items, especially during the peak online sales season when toy sales increase significantly. Therefore, it is possible that some orders may not be available upon delivery. As such, it is normal for delivery times to range from two to three days; we will try our best to arrange delivery as early as possible. For items in stock, we will strive to deliver them on the same day. For those out of stock, they will be prepared within three days. Please understand! Solution to stock shortages: First, we will contact the recipient to inform them of the reason for the shortage and, with their consent, propose alternative styles or colors.

5. Signing Receipt Instructions
1. Buyers who have arranged logistics shipping should carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company staff when picking up the items. If the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are clear signs of opening or unpacking, please open and count the goods in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation. If an agreement cannot be reached, do not take the goods away yet; contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any objections.
2. Buyers who send packages should verify the items upon receipt and sign the package in person. Especially when the outer packaging is damaged, it is essential to check for missing items or product damage before signing for delivery. If any discrepancies in quantity or damage are found, please do not sign for delivery yet and seal the package back as it was originally, then contact us in front of the courier. We will then communicate with the shipping company to resolve the issue. If the quantity becomes inaccurate after signing, we have the right to refuse acceptance. Please keep this in mind.

6. After-sales Service
1. If you notice any quality issues with our product after receipt, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of receiving it and provide photos and videos. We have the right to ignore the case if the deadline is exceeded.
We do not accept returns on principle. If we accept a return, we will deduct 30% of the purchase price.Products with quality issues upon delivery can be exchanged at the buyer's request. (Most issues can be resolved through simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or fixing wire connections. It is important to know how to repair toys when selling them.) However, the shipping costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. The exchanged product must not affect secondary sales. After receiving the returned item, we will include the exchange together with the next order. If you cannot accept it together with the next shipment, the shipping cost will be at the buyer's expense! Please inform our旺旺 customer service before returning the product.
2. Due to the unique nature of toy products, which cannot be compared to home appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not come under the three-guarantee policy. If any issues arise after use, our company shall not assume any responsibility. Within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving these issues, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer. Special products will be handled according to the agreements reached between our customer service staff and the clients.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents, repairs or modifications made without authorization, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and items that have exceeded the post-sale service period.
